Standard orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, and tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email.

We carefully pick and pack your order for delivery; unfortunately, local pickup is not available at this time

We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return. Some items (e.g. custom orders) may be non-returnable. Returns charges will apply. 

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details (and photos, if possible). Where possible we will arrange a replacement or refund.
